Taking Note of The Utah Jazz!

With my husband's position at 1280 The Zone Radio and mine with the SL Bees, we get to experience quite an adventurous life.  This year we were able to assist with NCAA March Madness.  Shortly after we were privileged to assist in the accommodation of fans with The Utah Jazz making it to the Semi-Finals.  One of these occasions included being able to set out shirts for the fans who attended these games.  We got to do this a few times and most of them were spur of the moment.  I must admit the sometimes being a sports wife isn't easy.  There are days, I get to deal with unhappy clients and even cruel tempered fans.  It is those days that I am so appreciative of The Larry H Miller Group of Companies.  It is easy "to note" the beautiful and courageous Gail Miller and her stamina and strength in each phase of adversity.  Ajay and I are so very privileged to have the positions we do and to be able to bump shoulders with such incredible people.  Ajay is so very patient with me and the curve balls thrown our way.  I am thankful for him how I'm a better me today because he's been with me all the way.

Positive Pants :)

With my position with the Salt Lake Bees, I have accepted a new assignment.  It also helps being able to add one of those things that I love doing to my work.  It is now my privilege to help with office birthdays!

Many of you realize how much I already enjoy baking and finally, I am able to use it in my career. That being said, this probably isn't much of a surprise.  I remember birthdays as a child and something my wonderful Mother taught me is to help other's feel special.  Its a tradition of love I've tried to pass on with those around me.  As humans, we get down on ourselves and sometimes even into what we aren't capable of.  The whole idea of a celebrating a birthday to be happy about who you are and what you have accomplished! While at the same time sharing the joy and excitement with others.

It's not about the calories I'm gonna hate for eating my birthday splurge. It's not about what I didn't do in my previous years of being alive.  It's more about celebrating the individual and the gratitude we have for them in our lives.  Even if it means we are a kid at heart.  Let's put on our positive pants with a joyful attitude and take a look at some of the birthdays, I've loved sharing
